Vendor Information

The Texas Live Oak Festival Board of Directors is committed to organizing a quality Arts & Crafts Show & Marketplace.  Tapping into the incredible talent pool of Texas Artists, Craftsmen, Folk Art and Texas-Made Products is our main goal.  Offering an interesting array of unique, quality product is our new standard.

We have refocused our overall concept to attract a new genre of Festival attendees as well as maintain our faithful following.  This new website has been created as our premiere information source and will be available to vendors for linking their sites and advertising their products. It will be prominently featured in all radio and print advertising to direct attendees to visit our site for Festival information, Schedule of Events and Vendor participation.

Booth space will be limited.  All Vendor Application submissions must include a sample or descriptive photograph of the intended merchandise and will be subject to  quality inspection by the  Board of Directors prior to booth space being granted.  All Vendors requesting booth space must sign, complete and forward a new Vendor Application.  All Applications must include payment in full by check or certified funds made payable to The Texas Live Oak Festival. In the event the Application is denied, the entire submitted package will be returned to the Applicant by USPS Mail within 30 Days following  Submission Deadline. Previous Live Oak Festival Vendor participants will not be automatically granted booth space and must send in a new Application for consideration.  ALL VENDOR APPLICATION SUBMISSIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY MAY 7, 2010.

The Texas Live Oak Arts & Crafts Show & Marketplace will be advertised as "Open 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM Saturday, May 15, 2010".  Not all booth space will have access to electric outlets.  We strongly suggest Vendors provide their own  battery-powered lights to adequately showcase their individual booths at night.

The Texas Live Oak Festival, Board of Directors, Sponsors and/or Volunteers are not responsible for theft, vandalism, damages or damage due to Acts of God to any Vendor or their property.
